for something much more uplifting!  A post of inspiration, redemption, caffeine and alcohol. In the meantime check out this picture of a mango salsa I made  and how to make it. Provecho!:


Mango salsa.

Mango salsa.

1 ripe mango (pitted & diced)

1 cucumber (diced)

1/2 or 1 quarter red onion. (diced)

Cilantro to taste.

Salt, pepper, half a jalapeño (I added some chili powder instead of the jalapeño).


Combine all this goodness and if you have the time let all the flavors come together for a few hrs. This will taste even better the next day. Go ask your mom.
